First, I would like to thank R. Wayne Lopez for providing me with a private tour of 45 Province Street.
The last time I was at 45 Province Street, the sales agent didn’t include in the tour all the amenities of the building, which I must say are impressive.
Second, I was happy to hear that 45 Province Street has now implemented price reductions on some their condos. One of the units that I viewed recently had its price reduced by 9%.
Final thoughts: There appears to be revised energy with this new marketing team. Along with the three condos that I mentioned in my earlier blog post that are under agreement, Wayne mentioned two more that just went under agreement and several other close prospects.
