Folio Boston is a 96 unit, 14-story, 130,000 square foot condo development under construction, right now, at 80 Broad Street.
The financial district is seeing a lot of residential construction, lately.
Just today, Franklin Realty announced it has secured financing for a condo conversion down the street at 99-105 Broad Street.
Their project will include 44 “loft-style” condos and two street-level retail spaces.
According to an article in today’s Boston Business Journal:
The redevelopment will add two stories to the building, bringing it to nine stories. Construction is scheduled to begin in early December and finish by the end of 2006.
Other projects in the area include Greenway Place, and, of course, the Residences at the Intercontinental, at 500 Atlantic Ave.
