Discount Sales On Newbury Street Buildings

The Boston Herald reported on how two Newbury Street buildings have sold recently for one-third less than three years ago. An excerpt form the Herald:

A joint venture of UrbanMeritage and Taurus Investments purchased 111-115 and 127-129 Newbury for $17.5 million – 32 percent lower than the $25.6 million paid in 2007 by Kimco Realty Corp.
