The sell-out is both a sign of the red-hot real estate market and the fact that according to the veteran South End agent: “There isn’t anything in the South End like it.” The Parisian-style flats at Chevron on Tremont will feature 2,500 square feet of single-floor living, direct elevator access and balconies.They will have three bedrooms, a den, and multiple bathrooms. Buyers will also receive one garage parking space. The condominiums had been marketed for $3.1 million-$3.15 million, about $1,250 a square foot.
