Last week, I did a blog post on how well Charles Street retail shops were surviving the “Great Recession.” Today, I took a stroll down Newbury Street and the economic picture was much different.
2nd floor of 316 Newbury Street is vacant. Wait a minute, wasn’t there a real estate office once there? Perhaps I’m mistaken.
303 Newbury Street has two floors vacant where Nora’s Convenience store was located. I hate to see any store that sells food going out of business, real estate offices I don’t care about.
