But Scott thinks it’s pretty obvious that local towns are using apartment-size restrictions to keep out new families with children of school age.
He makes an excellent argument that such practices exist, and even quotes one town pol who confirms limiting new apartments (or condominiums) to only two bedrooms is pretty much standard these days in the suburbs.
