 Anecdotal evidence suggest there is a home buying hiatus during a presidential election periods, and that supporters of a winning candidate are generally more optimistic and are prone to buying a home after the election.

My real estate crystal ball tells me………..we will see more home buyers at our Sunday Open House this week.
