Based on what I’ve seen in MLS, it appears that Otis & Ahearn has replaced Sprogis & Neale as the sales team behind The Penmark, located in Boston’s South End.
The Penmark is the South End’s newest luxury condominium building. The property was previously the home of Boston College High School. There are sixty homes for sale, made up of one, two and three bedroom residences.
First occupancy is scheduled for August and September, 2006.
