All right. Maybe the housing bust really is over (see post below).
The latest Warren Group numbers show that single-family home sales shot up by 35 percent last month, to 4,510, while prices increased 3 percent to $289,950.
Meanwhile, condo sales were up a huge 50 percent last month, compared to the same period a year ago, while prices increased much more modestly, by less than 1 percent to $288,250.
