My thoughts: Hmmm. I have no doubt that the number of properties on the market dropped, by over two hundred, because a lot of sellers take their properties off the market, intending to put them back on, in the fall (I don’t know why they do this), but I am skeptical that the number of properties that were sold (closed) during the last month went down by 100 in one week. I think agents took last week off, and haven’t updated MLS with closing information.
Regardless, it’s quiet out there!
