New listings: 252
Back on market (listings that went
under agreement but deals fell through): 15
Price changes (almost always downward, but
some go up): 101
Under agreements: 183
Off market (variety of reasons, but
sometimes these are old listings that never sell): 38
My opinion: This is
crazy. Number of new listings, price changes, and under agreements are almost exactly the
same, for three weeks running. Don’t know if that’s historically common.
We are definitely not seeing any slowdown in listings and sales, at this
point. There was a shortage of new listings in April, but things seem to have evened out,
now. There are over 1700 listings (condos only) on the market right now. Just about
anyone who wants a home should be able to find something suitable.
