Redfin said they’re now Greater Boston’s overall hottest housing markets.
Somerville and Waltham we get. They’ve been hot for a while. But Medford has been perceived as only sort of hot over the years. Then again, there’s always been a huge spillover of students and faculty members in Medford from Tufts University — and Somerville isn’t known as the Gateway to Medford for nothing.
