One of my agents just told me that a Boston real estate agent has a small one bedroom in Beacon Hill for sale, asking price in the high $200,000’s. The listing broker has had the listing over 150 days and has shown the property 120 times! That’s what I call working hard for the money.
Although this agent is a competitor of mine, I must say, I’m cheering you on. You can do it.
Just a thought – You can always lower your price.
