Boston Real Estate for Sale

A friend of mine asked to to rent out his Boston condo because he was moving out of the state on a new job assignment. We both agreed  that $1,800 would be a fair market price for his unit.  

After reviewing the condo I went back to my office and placed an ad on Craigslist with photos and details of my friends property. The next day, I received an email from an individual named  Ryan who informed me that someone just posted the same ad with my photos, but with a rent price of only $1,200.00. Confused, I called my friend to see if there was some misunderstanding on my part. My friend informed he had no idea who this other Boston real estate agent was and had no intentions to rent his condo out for $1,200 per month.

To make a long story short, I reported to the powers to be on Craigslist that someone was scamming my Boston real estate listings. The Craigslist website had many helpful tips which led me to this video below.
