Beacon Hill real estate office. Short story about a break-up in my office

I was showing some Boston Beacon HIll apartments for rent and condos for sale.. Right from the start, I sensed some trouble with this young attractive couple

To say it was an akward, um…I’ll let you decide.

“It’s not you, it’s me,” she said.

Jason had to stop himself from nodding vigorously in agreement.

“I need a man who’s emotionally available. Oh, look at your tears! Finally, some emotion! Too late, but maybe the next woman will benefit from my hard work. Goodbye!”

She left. Both Jason and the Beacon Hill condo agents breathed a sigh of relief.

“I thought you wanted to get rid of her?”  Beacon HIll condo agent asked, having witnessed the whole exchange.

“I did,” Jason replied. “I couldn’t be happier!”

The Beacon Hill condo agent  asked,“So why all the sniffles and tears? You’re not that good an actor!”

“Thank God for hayfever,” Jason grinned.

“Are you still in the market to buy a two bedroom Baacon Hill condo? Or are you going to stay in the Beacon Hill aparment?

Jason ressponded, “I’m moving forward on buying a Beacon Hill condo. However, lets add some one bedrooms to the showings.”
