Boston parking plea: One city, one sticker

The Boston Herald has a story (video below) on how there are sections of Boston where taxpayers are not considered neighborhood-dwellers and thereby are not entitled to Boston resident parking stickers. One such area is across from TD Garden. Now some of these Boston residents are asking for one standard Boston city parking sticker.
