Yesterday, I reported that two agents from this office submitted offers on two properties that went into bidding wars. Well here are the results: We were able to put 160 Commonwealth Ave under agreement. However, we lost out on 29-31 Dover Street in Cambridge the asking price was $419,000, our offer was $420,000.
Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.
