New Boston Ventures LLC wants to turn an old Bulfinch-designed building in the Financial District into an upscale, 16-story, 54-unit condo complex, preserving the current structure’s distinctive warehouse appearance in the process.
But that could mean good-bye to both The Littlest Bar and The Times tavern on the ground floor of the Broad Street building.
If you recall, the Littlest Bar used to be located on Province Street near Downtown Crossing, before it was squeezed out by another condo development, 45 Province Place.
So this would make it the second time the Littlest Bar would have to move.
