The following is an email I received from one of my agents that attended last nights auction:
The auction was over by 8:30
The parking spots were reduced at the beginning from $60,000 to $55,000 for a single space and from $100,000 to $90,000 for a tandem space.
There were an additional 5 units added pre-auction start and then another 5 were added on during the auction. The ones added pre auction were; #’s- 507,306,309,308,201 and the ones added during the auction were #’s – 206,303,208,207,310.
The winning bids were as follows;
