Boston Real Estate for Sale

The latest Case Shiller report, reveals that Boston home prices fell 7.0% from December 2007 to December 2008. As a whole, U.S. home prices were down 18.5%.

Record declines felt hardest in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Phoenix; all three cities experienced drops of more than 30%.
