1/3 of all homes in Boston sold at a loss

The Boston Herald has interesting article in the Business section written by Thomas Grillo.

One-third of all homes sold in Greater Boston last year were sold for a loss, according to a report set to be released today (by Zillow)

In addition, Hub homes lost a total of $46 billion in value amid a deepening recession that sent prices spiraling downward.
