$250 million mixed-use development filed for Fenway

As reported in the Boston Herald yesterday, developer Steven Samuels is planning a huge $250 million development at the corner of Boylston and Brookline Ave. in the Fenway. Plans filed for the BRA call for a total of 290 apartments, and about 400,000 square feet of retail and office space.
