A late, late spring

Is the spring market hitting Boston during the last week in June?

I don’t know. Traffic on my site spiked on Monday & Tuesday of this week, up 20%. Back down to normal, now. But, many more inquiries from buyers.

Last week was the slowest mortgage activity week since December.

So, I’m not reading anything into the spark in interest.
