A short story of a recently retired Boston condo owner (Funny video included)
I recently had a conversation with a Boston condo owner, who also happens to be the trustee of the condo building. He asked me how hard would it be to fix crack walls in his unit. He went on to say since he’s now retired he was thinking of ways to save money. thus, he wanted to know if he could he fix it himself.
As the conversation progressed he then told me he thinks the building may have a foundation problem and he received some very high quotes to repair the problem.
Let me concluded this story with the video below, which okay, is an extreme exaggeration of how it ended.
