Boston Real Estate for Sale

In an economy going bust…

Real-estate agents, along with Wall Street brokers, stripped of their jobs are stripping off their power suits for tassels and pasties and choosing to climb poles, instead of ladders, earning up to $1,500 a night as dancers in New York’s “Gentleman’s Clubs”. The hours, like the women, are flexible.

Peter Feinstein, owner of the Sapphire Club on East 60th Street, NY said, “I am receiving a lot of applications from women who recently lost their jobs — in particular New York City real-estate agents.”

Katie, 27, reportedly worked at a large brokerage until January. She said she hadn’t made a sale in six months and had $2 in the bank. She is now an independent contractor at Flash Dancers NYC as is getting paid in a steady stream of dollar bills.

“With real estate, you can work 10 hours a day showing people apartments and you never know when the next sale will be,” said Katie. “But with dancing, the money is instant. Now that I make better money as a stripper than as a real-estate agent, I’m going to buy my own apartment.”

My thoughts: Nice shoes. (I think that was a safe comment)
