Just got off the phone with Fred Alibrandi over at Otis & Ahearn.

Audubon Park is finished. The developer has its first closings, last week.

This is a 53-unit newly constructed condominium project located at 16 Miner Street, just outside Kenmore Square on your way to Brookline, off Beacon Street.

Some renderings, off the developer’s website:

16 miner audubon park bed

16 miner audubon park kitchen

16 miner audubon park living room

Prices on the remaining units range from $459,000 for a one bedroom on the third floor to $814,000 for a two-bedroom on the fifth floor.

Pre-sales have been slow, but now that it’s completed, I expect things will pick up. The location is prime, prices seem appropriate for new construction, and the style and quality of finishes seem about right.

Coming later this week:

New photos on the developer’s website, a spread in Boston Homes, an article in the Boston Courant.

Coming next week:

Broker’s Open Houses on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, January 29th, 30th, and 31st.
