Matt Rocheleau a Boston.com correspondent has an interesting article regarding the Back Bay restaurant scene:
After 21 years at its Dartmouth Street location, Italian restaurant Papa Razzi will move to Newbury Street into the former Bouchée restaurant location, which closed Monday.
“It’s an opportunity for us to bring Papa Razzi into a fresh new environment,” said Amy Daniels, spokeswoman for the Back Bay Area Restaurant Group.
Papa Razzi will close its Dartmouth Street doors on Sept. 16 and open in the larger, two-level Newbury Street location with new furniture, paint, and art on Sept. 20. In addition to more space, Daniels said, the new location’s larger street frontage was also an appealing aspect when deciding to relocate.
