Beacon Hill Real Estate Office to Close

It would appear that Louisburg Properties will be closing down its office in Beacon Hill. The reason, the office condo they’re located at is under agreement (for sale) for a lofty $1,000,000.00. I called Tom Dooley the owner of Louisburg Properties and he confirmed the rumor.

Tom plans to continue his business either as a real estate internet company or perhaps move his office to Newbury Street.
