Boston condo broker: I feel sorry for him
If you’ve been following this Boston real estate blog for any length of time, you’ll know that Mona and I moved from our Lexington town-house to a single-family home in Winchester.
One of the first neighbors I met was a middle-age gentleman, lets call him James.
Today, while I took a stroll around the neighborhood, I ran into James (not his real name). He told me he just lost his job.
One clear sign, that a recession, may not be that far a way. I’m reminded of that old adage; the old adage is “Its a short step from the Cadillac to the gutter”
Bottom line – I feel sorry for him and his family.
