Boston condo buyers, fear not

Based on recent Boston Real Estate Blog comments, it’s my understanding some Boston condo buyers are reluctant to purchase a Boston condo because they fear that their condo value may go down.

Malarkey, I say. No excuse. Why? You can now purchase insurance called Protection for nosedive property values.
