The Boston condo inventory has been low when you consider how many people want to buy here in Boston. That’s why I wasn’t surprised to see three Boston condo sales that closed last week for above their list price.
Most under-asking sales were only two-to-three percent below the list price, and most spent a fair amount of time on the market.
Overall we had 20 Downtown Boston condos sold, three were above asking, two at asking and the rest slightly below asking price.
