Trulia has recently added a tool that allows potential buyers to view price reductions for each property listing on their site. Buyers can also narrow their search to include only homes that have seen price cuts. So I checked out Boston for price reductions and found the following.

Last two weeks – 72 price reductions
In the last month – 135 price reductions
In the last two months – 194 price reductions
In the last three months – 213 price reductions
