The number of Boston condo listings in the $275,000 price range is very limited, mostly located outside of Boston Proper.
I stopped in to see the remaining inventory on broker tour this week, and wasn’t surprised to hear about the rapid-fire sales progress fo condos in this price range.. As far as location goes, it’s a slam dunk if its near Boston proper all close access to a T.
