Boston Condos – Sunday Open Houses

Linda, (real estate agent) told me she was working with a client last Sunday to find a South Boston condo in the $300,000 range. She informed me that on several open houses they were the only ones there.

Just curious, anyone else looking at open houses Sunday? If so what do you observe in your price range?
