Boston Condos – review of the last seven days.
Number of new Boston condos listings – 65. However, only 14 were actually new listings, the other 51 were re-listed Boston condos with a new company.
Number of Boston condos that went under agreement – 72
Number of Boston condos that sold – 33
I have a feeling I’m going to receive some negative comments about this, but the fact is, more Boston condos were sold and/or put under agreement by wide margins compared to new listings. Boston condo inventory is dropping for the last several weeks. ( I guess people are buying).
