So which Boston luxury building do you think is a better value, 45 Province Street or the Bryant?
I know this may shock some readers but I think that 45 Province Street is the better deal. First, I like the fact that 45 Province St. has an asking price per sq ft. starting at $700.00. Second, after viewing both buildings, I think the bathroom and kitchen finishes are superior at 45 Province St. over the Bryant. Third, the views at 45 Province Street are spectacular, whereas, the Bryant I found unimpressive. Fourth, I prefer the floor plans of 45 Province St compared to the Bryant. Fifth, the amenities at 45 Province far exceed the Bryant. I was very impressed with the indoor swimming pool.
