Boston real estate and Virtual Tours

Serious Boston condo buyers first step will be to view properties virtually. If everything checks out, the buyers broker will schedule an appointment with the sells’ agent. Prior to the showing, the sellers’ agent will have both the buyer and buyer’s agent sign some form of document or declaration essentially outlining the risks of entering the property during the pandemic.
