Great Expectations is the 19th century Charles Dickens novel about an orphan named Pip and the three stages of his “expectations.” An expectation is a strong belief about something that is yet to happen. In the end, good triumphs over evil in Great Expectations and everyone lives happily ever after.
Today we also have great expectations. Some of us on the younger side of life are waiting expectantly to play school sports. Many more of us are waiting patiently for the day that we can put aside our masks and get back to some sense of normality. But, most important of all, we are counting down the days when we celebrate, once again, the holidays that we can once again spend with our family and friends.

For those of you that have been reading my Boston real estate blog, some of my year end predictions haven’t always materialized, some were grateful for that.
I think this year we all want my predictions to be correct. My prediction; 2021 will be much better year for Boston condo owners, sellers and buyers than 2020.
