Rachel Zsembery, AIA RDI LEED AP BD+C, a Vice President and Principal at Boston architectural firm Bergmeyer, recently wrote a white paper: “The Hybrid Workplace: Planning for the Post Pandemic Office.” It is a sort of resource guide for establishing hybrid remote/in-person work environments that align with business and corporate cultures.
In an exclusive video interview with Boston Real Estate Times, Ms. Zsembery, talks about Hybrid Workplace and importance of physically working together as well as transitioning from currently primarily remote workforce to new hybrid mode.
