Avg. list price for Boson South End condo – $673,492.00
Avg. sales price for Boston South End condo – $652,416.00
Average market time for Boston South End condo – 64.59 days

Please note that the November’s 2008 sales numbers may increase as more sales data results come in. In any case, it would appear that Zillow’s “Zestimates” are correct that there was a fall off in South End sales and prices.
