4. Wellseley (02482) The average single-family home price $865,500.00. Median household yearly income $152,171.00.
3. Dover (02030) The average single-family home price $942,500.00. Median household income $215,420.00.
2. Brookline (02407) The average single-family home price $1,226,250.00. Median household yearly income $137,707.00.
1. Weston (02493) The average single-family home price $1,247,000. Median household yearly income $234,065.00.
