The Auction ended with unit #801, so units #902 and the penthouse were canceled. By the time the auction reached units 902 and the penthouse, the room was almost empty, perhaps 5 to 7 real buyers left.

I would say approx 150 people were there at the beginning of the auction and perhaps 30 were real buyers.

My buyer left upset. She wanted to purchase the penthouse for $673.00 per sq ft. But they ended the auction before she had a chance to buy it.
