From the Boston Herald:
The Hub is launching an 18-month blitz to help developers and homeowners tap into millions of dollars in federal money aimed at fixing neighborhoods racked by the national foreclosure crisis.
The effort is a part of a statewide push to spend $43.3 million in federal “neighborhood stabilization funds” in a bid to put a halt to urban blight and decay.
“The foreclosure problem hasn’t stopped yet,” said Evelyn Friedman, director of the Department of Neighborhood Development.
