Recently, I’ve noticed that Coldwell Banker is closing some of their prime location offices. To give you some examples:

• Arlington – Mass Ave. location.

• Beacon Hill – Corner of Charles St and Beacon St

• Winchester location

In the last few months Redfin and Compass laid off tech software workers. However, agents are still provided generous commission splits.
