Confirming the basic thrust of the post immediately below, the Warren Group is reporting that single-family home sales in Massachusetts last month increased by 26 percent, compared to a year ago, and second quarter sales jumped by 28 percent, also compared to a year ago.
Prices actually dipped a bit for single-family homes during those time periods. But condo prices increased, the Warren Group found.
So, yes, there is a clear recovery underway. Tentative, granted. But it’s there.
