Boston Real Estate for Sale

homedream

I often tell Boston condo buyers that finding the right condo is a process that can take time and that seeing 20 or 30 condos is not all that unusual. This WSJ article is about a buyer who viewed 298 houses. It states that several real estate agents gave up. Hmm. I wonder why.

The National Association of Realtors says the average buyer visits 10 to 12 homes before buying. Over two-and-a-half years, Ms. Pringle, in this Wall Street Journal article, personally inspected 298 homes.

Buyers have more choices but when does it get a bit obsessive – like at 298?
