Tomorrow, Joe’s American Bar and Grill will have its last call at the current location, and will be moving to the old TGIF address on Newbury Street. The space, which has been under construction for what seems like over a year now, will be the new home to Joe’s. The soon to be old Joe’s location is rumored to be a steak house which is affiliated with Stephanie’s.
The current glass structure that juts out into the sidewalk (at the old TGIF) will be changed so that Joe’s will be able to maintain its outdoor dining experience all year round. The roof and walls will be retractable, which was designed and installed by the same company that worked on the Dallas Cowboys’ new stadium.
