My thoughts about yesterday’s Link seminar. Fist, I was very disappointed that Karl “Chip” Case spoke mostly about the “macro” housing market and not about the “micro” Boston housing market. As like most economists, he was very evasive on his predictions for the future. Second, the 1/2 hour question-and-answer period was a joke. Kevin Ahern took up most of the time slotted to inform the attendees in the room that LINK and the Case-Shiller’s Boston sales numbers were wrong and only he had the correct sales numbers.
