Boston Real Estate for Sale
The Boston Courant ran an article today on how a new wave of foreign real estate investors are buying up Back Bay, Fenway and other Boston proper neighborhoods.
The article stated that Boston is the third most popular market in the United States of foreign investors, according to the Association of Foreign Investors. It is also in the top five in the Pricewaterhouse Coopers Survey.
The largest concentration currently of foreign investors is on Newbury Street in the Back Bay.
