About half of the new Atmark Apartments in Cambridge’s Fresh Pond area have been leased at prices considerably lower than what you’d pay in Boston, the BBJ reports.
We have no doubt they’re great apartments. But one of the reasons why they’re going for less, besides not being in downtown Boston, is that there’s not (yet) a hustle-buslte feel to that portion of Fresh Pond. More apartments are coming. Give it time.
